Service line 01 · Cavitation cleaning
Hulls cleaned by imploding bubbles, not chemicals.
Sealion's diver crew uses Cavitcleaner cavitation technology to remove biofouling from hulls, props, rudders, thrusters and sea-chests — without stripping antifouling paint and without harming marine life.
The technology
Low pressure. High impact.
A controlled stream of microscopic imploding air bubbles generates a shock-wave that dislodges fouling — at just 140–160 bar, the safety equivalent of a 500–800 bar jet, yet harmless to bare skin and to antifouling coatings.
- Paint-safeRemoves growth without stripping antifouling — extends paint life.
- Chemical-freeWorks in salt and fresh water with no additives. ISO 14000 verified by TÜV.
- Diver-safeCavitation stream can contact bare skin without injury.
- Material-agnosticSteel, fibreglass, aluminium, wood, concrete, rope — same crew, same tools.
